Every printable sold on CraftKids Academy comes with the licence described below. Buying a file means you accept these terms. Last updated: September 6, 2026.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a digital file. You are not buying the copyright. All illustrations, layouts and text remain the property of Kwiecien Academy Mateusz Kwiecien.
2. What a single licence covers
- Use by one teacher with the children in their own classroom, or by one family at home.
- Unlimited printing of the file for that classroom or family, for as long as you teach.
- Use in a private, password-protected classroom platform (for example Google Classroom or Seesaw) where only your own students can see it.
- Sharing a photo of the printed material in use on social media, as long as the whole file cannot be read or downloaded from the image.
3. What is not allowed
- Sending, emailing or uploading the file to anyone outside your own classroom or family.
- Storing it on a shared school drive, an intranet, or any public website.
- Selling, reselling, or giving the file away, on its own or inside another product.
- Using our illustrations, characters or layouts in your own designs, free or paid.
- Claiming authorship, or removing our name and website from the file.
- Printing the file for commercial reproduction, resale, or print-on-demand.
4. Several teachers, a school, a co-op
Each teacher who uses a file needs their own licence. If a grade level, a school or a homeschool co-op wants to use the same pack, email [email protected] and we will send a multi-teacher licence and, if your district needs one, an invoice.
5. Tutors, therapists and childcare
A single licence covers a tutor, speech therapist or childminder working with their own students, including paid sessions, as long as the file itself is never handed over to the family or to another professional.
6. Changes and takedowns
We update files from time to time. Improved versions are available from your account at no extra cost. If you find our material shared without permission, please tell us — a link and a screenshot is enough.
7. Questions
If your situation is not covered here, ask before you use the file. We answer licensing questions within two business days at [email protected].
