FAQ

Everything people ask us before and after buying a printable. If your question is not here, write to us.

What exactly do I get when I buy a printable?

You get a PDF file (sometimes a ZIP with several PDFs) that you download immediately after checkout. Nothing is shipped. The product page always lists the number of pages and what is inside before you buy.

What paper size are the files?

Files are set up for US Letter, 8.5 x 11 inches. They also print on A4 if you choose Fit to page in your printer dialog. Any product that needs a different size says so on its product page.

Do I need special software?

No. A PDF reader is enough, and every computer, phone and tablet already has one. Do not open the file in a browser preview when printing — download it first so fonts and colors come out right.

Can I use these with my whole class?

Yes. One purchase covers one teacher and the children that teacher works with, in one classroom or one family, with unlimited printing for as long as you teach.

Can I share the file with other teachers?

Not the file itself. If your grade level or your school wants to use a pack, buy one licence per teacher or write to us for a multi-teacher licence. Sharing the PDF, uploading it to a school drive, or posting it in a Facebook group is not allowed.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital downloads are final sale, because the file is delivered the moment you pay. If a file is damaged, incomplete or not what the product page described, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

Can I print in black and white to save ink?

Most packs include an ink-friendly black-and-white version, and it is always mentioned on the product page. If a pack is color only, printing it in grayscale still works — the designs are built with strong outlines.

Where is my download link?

In the order confirmation email, and in your account under Downloads. If the email did not arrive, check your spam folder and search for CraftKids. Still nothing? Email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

Are the activities aligned to Common Core or state standards?

They are not formally certified against a standards framework. They are built around the skills teachers actually work on in pre-K through second grade — letter and number recognition, phonological awareness, counting and early addition, fine motor control, sequencing, and social-emotional routines.

What ages are these for?

Roughly ages 3 to 9: preschool, pre-K, kindergarten, and first through third grade. Every product page states the age range it was designed for.

Can I sell things I make with your printables?

No. The files are for teaching and personal use. You may not resell them, redistribute them, or use them inside a paid product of your own, digital or printed.

Do you take school purchase orders?

Write to us before ordering and we will send an invoice your district can process.
