CraftKids Academy sells digital files that are delivered the moment your payment goes through. Because of that, all sales are final — but we never leave you with a file that does not work. Last updated: September 6, 2026.
All sales are final
Digital downloads cannot be returned. Once the file has been delivered we cannot take it back, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong pack, or buying something you already owned.
Please read the product description, the page count and the preview images before you check out. If anything is unclear, ask us first — we would rather answer a question than process a complaint.
When we do refund
We will repair the file or refund you in full if:
- the file is corrupted, will not open, or will not print;
- the download link never worked and we could not deliver the file another way;
- the content is materially different from what the product page described;
- you were charged twice for the same order.
Tell us within 30 days of your purchase. Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the problem, and a screenshot if you have one.
How long it takes
We answer within two business days. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Consent to immediate delivery
By completing checkout you ask for the file to be delivered immediately and you accept that, once the download starts, any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. This matters mainly for customers in the EU and the UK; US customers are covered by the terms above.
Before you file a chargeback
Please write to us first. A chargeback on a digital file locks the order and takes weeks to resolve, while an email usually gets you a working file the same day.
