These terms govern your use of craftkids.academy and everything you buy here. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: September 6, 2026.
1. Who we are
craftkids.academy is operated by Kwiecien Academy Mateusz Kwiecien, ul. Pszczelna 40a/17, 30-431 Krakow, Poland. Contact: [email protected]. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the site.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. The site is aimed at teachers and parents, not at children.
3. Products
Everything sold here is a digital file, delivered by download. Nothing is shipped. Product pages describe the number of pages, the format and the age range as accurately as we can; screen colors may differ slightly from printed output.
4. Orders, prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email with the download link. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and we will refund you in full if we do.
5. Delivery
Download links are sent to the email address you enter at checkout and are also available in your account. Links are available for at least 12 months. If a link expires or fails, write to us and we will resend the file.
6. Licence and intellectual property
What you may and may not do with a purchased file is set out on our Terms of Use and Licensing page, which forms part of these terms. All content on this site — illustrations, layouts, photographs, text and the CraftKids Academy name — is protected by copyright and may not be copied without written permission.
7. Refunds
Digital downloads are final sale, with the exceptions listed on our Refund Policy page.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at scale, upload malicious code, or use it in a way that disrupts other visitors. We may suspend access if you do.
10. No warranty on outcomes
Our printables are teaching aids. We take care to make them accurate and useful, but we do not promise a particular educational result, and the site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the site will be free of interruptions or errors.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost teaching time.
12. Third-party services
Payments, analytics and email delivery are handled by third-party providers. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Nothing here removes the consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Krakow, Poland, or before the courts of your own country of residence where the law gives you that right.
