This policy explains what we collect when you visit craftkids.academy or buy a printable, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated: September 6, 2026.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Order information — name, email address, billing address and country, the items you bought, and the time of the order. Needed to deliver your file and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider. We see that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Account information — if you create an account, your email address, a hashed password, and your order history.
- Messages you send us — your email address and whatever you write, kept so we can answer and refer back to the conversation.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and analytics.
We do not collect information from children. The site is meant for adults who teach or parent children.
Why we use it
- To deliver your download and provide customer support.
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To understand which pages and products are useful, so we can improve the site.
- To send you email you asked for. We never add you to a mailing list because you bought something — you have to opt in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do use service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Payment processing — to take your payment securely.
- Hosting — Hostinger, which stores the site and its database.
- Analytics — Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to see traffic and search performance.
- Email delivery — to send order confirmations and download links.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
We are based in Poland and some of our providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed in both. Transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently five full years after the year of the sale). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Support emails are kept for two years. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary to run the shop — keeping your cart, keeping you logged in, and protecting checkout. It also uses analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, but your cart may not survive a page reload.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still send us a request. You may use an authorized agent.
EU, UK and other regions. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to the admin area is limited to us. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
