Does it work in a bright room?
Best in a dimmed corner or under a table. Full daylight washes out the effect.
Do I need special paper?
Regular printer paper works. Heavier paper is sturdier, but too thick and the light will not pass through.
Can I use it outside of Dot Day?
Yes – children rarely care about the calendar. It works as a quiet-time activity all year.
