Description
How to use it: Fall Flashlight I-Spy
In short: autumn cards that reveal a hidden picture in backlight. Ages 3-9. PDF download – prints on US Letter or A4.
Fall is the season of early dark afternoons, and a flashlight is suddenly the most interesting object in the room. Each card keeps its picture hidden until the light goes behind it – leaves, acorns, hedgehogs appearing one by one. Children who will not sit still for anything will sit still for this.

Questions teachers ask
Does it work in daylight?
Best in a dimmed corner. Bright daylight washes the hidden picture out.
What paper should I use?
Regular printer paper. Card stock is too thick for the light to pass through.
Can I print it every year?
Yes. Your license covers unlimited printing for your own classroom or family.
